Pediatric Nurse

Responsibilities:

• year-old boy with trach, G-butto, incontinent, and weighs 50lbs.
• Candidates would provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living
• Candidates would collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct assessments and document patient progress notes
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs and treatment plans

Experience:

• Experience in behavioral health or nursing home setting is preferred
• Knowledge of specialized procedures such as G-button feeding
