Service Areas:
Dallas (North & South) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Hospice team on a PRN basis. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide meaningful patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes. Position PRN RN -

Competitive Rates | Paid Semi-Monthly via Direct Deposit Job Summary As an RN you will deliver skilled nursing care to patients receiving hospice services. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans while collaborating with physicians, case managers, and the interdisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients and their families. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate medical needs. Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans. Provide skilled nursing interventions including wound care, medication administration, and symptom management. Deliver palliative and end-of-life care with compassion and sensitivity. Educate patients and families on health management, treatments, and comfort measures. Document patient status, progress, and interventions in accordance with agency guidelines. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols during home visits. Qualifications Active Texas RN license (required). Hospice nursing experience mandatory Proficient in-patient assessment, clinical documentation, and care planning. Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Compassionate approach to patient care and ability to provide emotional support.
