What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality hemodialysis treatments to patients using B Braun dialysis machines Monitor patient vital signs and responses during treatments Maintain charts and documentation accurately and efficiently Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and post-treatment care Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What You Need:
Current RN license with applicable state certification 2+ years of hemodialysis experience BLS certification (ACLS preferred but not required) Strong understanding of dialysis protocols and patient care standards Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment About the
