Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)We are seeking a dedicated and compassionateRegistered Nurse (RN)to join a Long-Term Care team in Dimmitt, Texas.

This permanent opportunity offers a consistent schedule, supportive work environment, and the ability to provide quality care to residents in a low-acuity setting.
Job DetailsPermanent Full-Time OpportunityNight Shift:
6:00 PM – 6:00
AMSchedule:
3–4 shifts per week, including every other weekendAverage census: •residentsNurse-to-resident ratio: 1:25Low-acuity population with no IVs, feeding tubes, complex wound care, secure units, or significant behavioral concernsCompetitive compensation with consideration for experienceResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to long-term care residentsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriatelyMaintain accurate and timely documentationCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident outcomesAdhere to all nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirementsQualificationsActive RN license in Texas or Compact State LicenseLong-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Geriatric Nursing experience preferredStrong clinical assessment and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in an independent night-shift environmentSalary & Benefits$•/hour+ (based on experience)Full-time permanent roleHealth benefitsPTORetirement planCareer growth opportunitiesConsistent night-shift schedule (6 PM–6 AM)Interested?
