ShiftKey, LLC is seeking Registered Nurses to pick up per-diem and contract shifts at partner healthcare facilities through our digital marketplace. RNs will deliver safe, evidence-based bedside care, perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, document in EMRs, and collaborate with facility teams to support positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessments, monitoring, and interventions according to facility protocols Administer medications and treatments safely, following physician orders and nursing standards Document care, assessments, and outcomes accurately in facility EMR systems Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and facility staff to coordinate and optimize patient care Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and discharge or ongoing care plans Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements at each facility Rapidly adapt to new facility workflows, policies, and technologies while maintaining quality care Communicate shift updates and handoffs clearly to oncoming staff and facility leadership Use the Shift Key platform to manage credentials, view and accept shifts, and track work history Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain required licenses and certifications Required Skills Patient assessment Care planning and coordination Medication administration and reconciliation IV therapy and wound care Electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Infection prevention and control Clinical triage and prioritization Patient and family education Interdisciplinary collaboration Regulatory and safety compliance
