Growth opportunities Regular social events Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Lively atmosphere Flexible working hours Safe work environment We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team and provide high-quality patient care throughout the Pharr, Weslaco, Mercedes, and Harlingen areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as long-term care and nursing home facilities. However, we are also open to training the right candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and educating patients and their families about health care needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join a growing healthcare team and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician. Assess patient's health condition and needs. Provide patient care in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, and nursing home settings. Provide education to patients and families on disease processes, treatments, and self-care techniques. Develop and implement nursing care plans for individual patients. Monitor vital signs and other patient data to assess the patient's condition. Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and document observations.
