Role Overview:
As a Nurse RN at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality in-home nursing care to patients in the Farmersville, TX area. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our clinical leadership to ensure that our patients receive personalized and compassionate care. Whether you work on-site, you'll have the flexibility to administer care in a variety of home health settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct skilled nursing visits and provide direct patient care. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses. Perform wound care and other necessary medical treatments. Conduct patient assessments and document care effectively. Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and care teams to provide coordinated care.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Current Texas RN license. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication skills in English. Commitment to delivering compassionate and quality care.
Bonus If You:
Have experience in home health or skilled nursing environments. Hold additional certifications related to nursing care.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.
Location:
This position is on-site only, located in Farmersville, Texas.
