The Registered Nurse will provide primary patient care, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical evaluation.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), current Texas Nursing License, and at least 2 years of experience in a medical setting or nursing.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, document health information, execute treatments, administer medications, and monitor patient responses. Delegate tasks per Nurse Practice Act, educate patients and families, and contribute to care improvements within a multidisciplinary team.

Additional duties:

Track quality assurance data, assist in developing clinical policies, report issues, follow policies, and perform other assigned tasks. The role emphasizes compliance with standards and effective communication to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
