• Full-time, Days Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + together Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth, 1304 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104 Work hours: Full-time, 36 hours weekly, (3) 12-hour shifts, Day shift, Rotating weekends and holidays Department Highlights The vascular access department supports all adult inpatient and outpatient units by placing PICC lines, midlines and assisting with ultrasound guided PIVs.

We provide trouble shooting for vascular access complications and play a pivotal role in CLABSI reduction by managing central line dressings and collection of blood cultures on all patients with central lines. Self-Scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team Here's what you need: Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire BCLS

• prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required 1-year experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required Vascular Access experience preferred
• will consider ICU/PCU and ED experience VA-BC or CRNI
• Certification preferred.
