Home Health RN PRN

Arcy is a home health agency that has been in business for more than a decade and takes great pride in being one of the best home health agencies in the DFW area. We are currently looking for a Home Health RN who is interested in working on a PRN basis in the the following areas: Cooke County Area. The primary function of this position is to administer skilled nursing care for patients/clients in their place of residence.

Essential Functions:

Complete initial and ongoing assessments Regularly re-evaluate the patient's nursing needs and evaluates the outcomes of care Develop, initiate and revise the plan of care Furnish skilled nursing services that are ordered by the physician Coordinate services Monitor assigned cases to ensure compliance with requirements of third-party payors Prepare clinical and progress notes

Job Qualifications:

Current TX RN License or multi-state compact RN license Current TX Driver's License 3+ years of experience as an RN Community / Home Health / Hospice experience preferred Good interpersonal skills Proof of current CPR Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance Arcy Home Health is an equal employment opportunity employer.
