About Us Highland MedSpa + Wellness is a clinician-led medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Highland Village, TX, offering medical weight management, IV therapy, body contouring, red light therapy, and body composition analysis. Founded and led by a family nurse practitioner, we focus on honest, root-cause care that helps patients feel like a more confident version of themselves. Registered Nurse (RN) Position Summary We are seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver IV therapy, administer injectables, operate device-based treatments, and support day-to-day clinical operations. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role in a new practice where you will help shape the clinical experience from day one. Key Responsibilities Administer IV infusions and vitamin injections (glutathione, Myers Cocktail, Lipo B, B12 / methylcobalamin, NAD+, immune boost). Perform venipuncture and lab draws; coordinate lab work with Quest or LabCorp. Administer medical weight loss injections (GLP-1) per provider orders and protocols. Operate body contouring (NewFirm) and red light therapy (CoreLux) treatments. Conduct body composition scans and document patient progress. Prepare treatment rooms, manage supplies, and maintain device readiness and sterilization. Provide patient education and deliver a warm, high-touch experience. Document care in the EMR and follow HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical protocols. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Texas RN license in good standing. Current IV therapy certification and venipuncture competency. Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred). Med spa, infusion, or aesthetics/injectables experience preferred. Comfortable operating and learning aesthetic and wellness devices. Professional, warm, detail-oriented, and a dependable team player.
