North Houston, TX (Spring area)

•with minimal travel to Kingwood and The Woodlands locations (mileage reimbursement provided)

Schedule:

Full Time, Mon-Fri, 8A-5P The RN

•Registered Nurse or LVN

•Licensed Vocational Nurse duties may include but will not be limited to: Reviews and reports lab results to physician for guidance Prepares patients for examination and treatment by escorting them from the waiting area to the exam room and obtaining urinalysis and vital signs. Documents all information into EMR Performs phlebotomy and administers injections; processes and prepares labs for pickup; assists with EKG's, office procedures as needed; and provides other patient care services as directed by the physicians and practice protocols Triage calls from office, assist with dialysis and hospital patients Perform PA's; lab orders, prescriptions, etc

REQUIREMENTS

Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license in the State of Texas Completion of an accredited Vocational Nursing Program

•At least 2 years' experience as an LVN in a medical office setting

•nephrology/dialysis experience preferred Must have strong phlebotomy skills!
