Job Description
Registered Nurses:
Want to connect one on one with your patients and their families? We are looking for a Registered Nurse to be part of our ever- growing team to support our continued growth throughout the Greater Houston Area.
Requirements:
TX RN license with MINIMUM of one year of paid clinical experience Valid drivers' license & auto insurance Reliable transportation Must clear background and OIG screening Home Health experience a plus, but acute care or SNF experience will be considered. We prefer strong wound care background Experience with software Kinnser/Wellsky strongly preferred Must be clinically strong and confident to work independently with patients Strong organizational and communication skills are essential Oasis documentation, SOC/ROC/Recert visits experience required Bilingual strongly preferred but not requiredRelocation Assistance Provided:
No Working days: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday- Please note gas money or incentives can be discussed with long distance visits
