Full Job Description Role Overview:
The Operating Room Registered Nurse is an experienced perioperative professional skilled in multiple surgical service lines, providing high-quality, age-specific patient care in a multidisciplinary setting. They communicate effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and families, ensuring safe operative nursing practices aligned with organizational policies and standards.Key Responsibilities:
Work across at least three Ambulatory Surgery Center locations, float between sites based on staffing needs, and adapt to varied shifts. Develop effective working relationships, deliver safe perioperative care, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.Qualifications:
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), active RN license (Texas or compact), 3+ years OR experience, and basic computer skills.Preferred:
BSN, ACLS/PALS, and multi-site or float experience.Additional Information:
Compensation ranges from $35 to $63 per hour, with benefits including health coverage, incentives, and retirement plans. The role emphasizes adaptability, teamwork, and commitment to equitable, quality care.Benefits
