Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. Wage Commensuration:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.Duties & Responsibilities:
Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as neededQualifications & Requirements:
Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required) 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred Reliable transportation requiredBenefits:
