Category Nursing - RN-MS Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in Medical-Surgical care to provide exceptional patient support. Required Qualifications & Experience:

Valid and unencumbered RN license Previous experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Proficient with current EMR systems and patient charting Critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced clinical situations

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans for medical-surgical patients Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document care accurately Collaborate with physicians, support staff, and ancillary personnel to ensure optimal patient outcomes Provide patient and family education regarding treatments, procedures, and ongoing care needs Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards within the unit Respond swiftly to changes in patient status and escalate concerns appropriately Support post-operative recovery and discharge preparation in alignment with facility protocols
