Role Overview:
As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to ensure the best patient outcomes while maintaining a supportive and compassionate environment. Working on-site in Kaufman, Texas, you'll have the flexibility of a schedule that respects your work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct skilled nursing visits to assess patient needs and implement care plans. Administer medications and provide wound care as necessary. Perform patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation. Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management. Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams for comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Current Texas RN license. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication skills, with fluency in English. Commitment to high-quality patient care and compassion.
Bonus If You:
Have experience in home health or skilled nursing environments. Possess additional certifications in specialty nursing fields.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is Full-Time, available Monday through Friday.
Location:
This position is onsite in Kaufman, Texas.
