Registered Nurse (RN) -

Home Health Location:

Laredo TX and surrounding areas We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting initial and ongoing patient assessments. Developing and implementing individualized care plans. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Educating patients and families on health management and care procedures. Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
