Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent home health RN experience Proficient in OASIS assessment and documentation Experience with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred Able to manage a structured full-time schedule and daily patient visits Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
