$27.00•46.00 per hour + Shift Differentials Help Launch a Brand-New Emergency Department We're hiring five experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses to join the opening team for a new free-standing emergency department in Longview, Texas , scheduled to open in late July/early August 2026 . This is a rare opportunity to be part of a facility from day one—help shape the culture, establish workflows, and build an exceptional patient experience alongside a collaborative emergency medicine team.

Compensation Base Pay:

$27.00•46.00 per hour (based on experience) Evening Differential (3:00 PM-11:00 PM): +$3.50/hour Night Differential (11:00 PM-7:00 AM): +$4.50/hour Weekend Differential (Saturday & Sunday): +$2.50/hour Schedule Full-time night shift Flexible weekend rotation Six weekend shifts every six-week schedule Weekend shifts can be arranged in a way that fits your schedule, including every other weekend or other flexible options What You'll Do As an Emergency Room RN, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced free-standing emergency department.

Responsibilities include:
