VHS What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with diverse diagnoses, including respiratory issues, sepsis, and co-morbidities Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and respond to changes in condition Conduct assessments and document patient histories, treatments, and outcomes Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and nursing standards Assist in managing acuity levels and patient assignments within the unit
What You Need:
Valid Texas RN license or current multi-state compact license BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) Minimum 2 years of recent MedSurg or ICU experience Ability to work independently, prioritize, and communicate effectively Strong clinical judgment and adaptability About the
