Requirements:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent critical thinking and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, varied clinical environments
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on Telemetry units Monitor, record, and interpret patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and implement interventions where necessary Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
