Home Health RN - Full-Time | $100K+ | No OASIS | Commercial Payors Only We're hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to join our home health team. This role requires a minimum of one year of home health experience—applicants without it will not be considered.
Position Overview:
Full-time home health RN Salary starting at $100,000/year Commercial insurance only (no Medicare/Medicaid) No OASIS documentation Includes in-home infusion therapy and skilled nursing visits Direct patient care, care coordination, and provider communication Backed by a strong intake and scheduling team
Qualifications:
Active RN license 1+ year of home health experience (required) Proficient in IV and infusion therapy techniques Accurate and timely documentation skills Excellent communication and time management Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
