A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Role:
Registered Nurse in a Medical/Surgical unit
Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based inpatient nursing care Manage complex patient conditions Administer medications and support safe discharges Assess, monitor, and document patient status Educate patients and families Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans
Qualifications & Skills:
Current RN licensure Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and patient education abilities Ability to collaborate within diverse healthcare teams
