A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. 76063 Promotes a healthy and safe environment for patients. Assists physicians and advanced providers during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Recognizes and responds appropriately to changes in patient health status. Collaborates and communicates effectively with the patient and interprofessional team to ensure quality and continuity of care. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to function at a high level in a physically demanding, high-stress environment Demonstrated ability to work under stressful conditions Ability to work irregular hours including call hours Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft® Word and the ability to navigate Microsoft Windows based programs Displays working knowledge of endoscopic techniques

Education:

Associate's of Nursing [Required] Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

1+ years acute care nursing experience [Required] 2+ years endoscopy experience [Preferred]

Additional Information:

CNIM (Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring)

Upon Hire Preferred Licenses and Certifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] Basic Life Support

•CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Preferred] Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred]
