Overview:

Provide compassionate resident care Medication pass Documentation of medical services provided on PCC Reports complaints or grievances made by residents to supervisor Communicates professionally with residents, families and staff

Qualifications:

Licenses/Certification:

Valid certification as a RN or LVN in the state of employment. Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations. Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and facility staff.
