Schedule/Hours:

Travel assignment (specific shifts and hours will be provided during the interview process)

Desired Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum one year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing

BLS, ACLS

certifications (current and valid) Strong critical thinking and assessment skills Adaptable to new environments and workflows Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive care to patients on the telemetry unit Monitor, record, and interpret vital signs and cardiac rhythms Administer medications and interventions as prescribed Communicate patient needs and changes in status to the interdisciplinary team Educate patients and their families about conditions and care plans Ensure accurate and timely documentation
