Job Description
Description Join Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia, TX, a 49-bed, acute-care facility providing services that include medical/surgical care, rehabilitation, and emergency care. At Parkview, you'll work in a hospital empowered by system support yet rooted in community impact. Job Summary The RN Coordinator/Specialist
- Trauma is responsible for coordinating clinical care and trauma program operations in collaboration with the trauma team, emergency services, surgical staff, and hospital leadership.
- Registered Nurse
- State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in state of practice Upon Hire (Required) And BCLS
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire (Required) And ATLS
- Advanced Trauma Life Support Upon Hire (May be Required-Facility Specific) And TNCC
- Trauma Nursing Core Course Upon Hire (May be Required-Facility Specific) Experience 2+ years acute care nursing experience with trauma patient care (Required) And Prior Experience in care coordination, quality improvement, or clinical leadership (Preferred)
Qualifications:
Education Postsecondary (Cert/Diploma/Program Grad) from an accredited school of nursing (Required) And Bachelor's Degree in nursing (Preferred) And Master's Degree in nursing, healthcare management or administration (Preferred) Licenses/Certifications RN- Registered Nurse
- State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in state of practice Upon Hire (Required) And BCLS
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire (Required) And ATLS
- Advanced Trauma Life Support Upon Hire (May be Required-Facility Specific) And TNCC
