Pay, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rates:

LVN rates are $30/hour and RN rates are $35/hour (based on licensure and experience).

Schedules Available:

Full-Time, Day Shift (6am - 6pm) and Night Shift (6pm - 6am)

Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols. Monitor, assess, and document changes in resident conditions. Supervise CNA staff on the floor to ensure care plans are followed accurately. Admit, discharge, and transfer residents with proper documentation. Collaborate with physicians, therapy teams, and families regarding resident care. Atmosphere & Environment The facility layout at Ashton Medical Lodge is designed to optimize resident care and staff movement across our 144 beds. Team members work together to maintain a steady workflow, ensuring that floor responsibilities are shared evenly. The environment is structured around clinical accountability and mutual support among the nursing staff. Requirements Current, unencumbered Texas LVN or RN license. CPR certification. Must pass a criminal background check. Must be able to pass a drug screening. Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
