Job Description

Overnight Newborn Caregiver - RN, LVN, CNA, Night Doula & Newborn Care Let Mommy Sleep , South and West Texas's overnight newborn care agency, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN), LVNs, CNAs, Night Doulas, Newborn Caregivers, and experienced Newborn Care Specialists to support families in the Midland and Odessa, TX area . We provide overnight newborn care that allows new parents to rest while their baby receives safe, attentive, and loving care throughout the night. We are looking for experienced caregivers who are passionate about newborns and supporting families during the postpartum period. Typical overnight shifts are 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
What You'll Do:
Provide overnight newborn care and support Feed, burp, diaper, and soothe newborns Swaddle babies and follow safe sleep practices Monitor infant wellness throughout the night Help establish healthy newborn sleep and feeding routines Provide newborn education and support to new parents Support postpartum families as needed Provide lactation support when appropriate based on your training and experience
What We're Looking For:
Newborn care experience is required Experience as a newborn caregiver, night nanny, newborn care specialist, night doula, RN, LVN, or CNA is highly valued Experience with twins, multiples, NICU graduates, or postpartum families is a plus Reliable transportation A compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to family care
