This per diem role empowers you to create your own schedule with flexible shifts offered seven days a week, and requires a minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive home health risk assessments (approximately 45 minutes per visit) Evaluate each patient's current and prior medical history and review medication regimens Educate patients on conditions and appropriate medication management Identify care gaps and make recommendations to improve patient outcomes No treatment planning or prescribing medications required

Qualifications:

Current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas Board Certification via AANP or ANCC Valid BLS (CPR) certification MSN degree from an accredited nursing program At least 6 months of recent Nurse Practitioner experience preferred This role offers $80-$90 per evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time, recognizing the value of your expertise and time on the road.
