ER Beds EMR:

Meditech Expanse Duties & Responsibilities As a Emergency Medicine (ER) NP or PA, your role will include: Evaluating, diagnosing, and assisting in the Emergency Room Collaborating with physicians and nursing staff to develop care plans Ordering and interpreting lab tests, imaging, and other diagnostics Prescribing medications and providing education to patients and families Documenting thoroughly within Meditech Responding to acute situations and coordinating transfers when needed Supporting continuity of care and handoff communication Qualifications To thrive in this position, candidates should have: Current NP or PA license in the state of Texas 1-2 years of Emergency Medicine experience as a provider Strong clinical judgment and confidence in managing urgent cases Excellent communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with Meditech (preferred but not required) A compassionate approach and commitment to community care Why You'll Love It Here Be part of a hospital that values your expertise Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule for work-life balance Experience the warmth and connection of rural healthcare Make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve Ready to bring your skills to a community where your work truly matters?
