A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. As part of our skilled nursing team, you'll provide clinical care that helps patients receive quality treatment in the comfort of their homes. When you apply, tell us: "Why did you become a nurse?" What You'll Do Complete skilled nursing visits and patient assessments Provide wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions Develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor patient progress and changes in condition Communicate with physicians and the care team Complete required clinical documentation Travel between patient visits We serve Medicaid and private-pay patients, so
