Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Registered Nurse (BSN) to join a busy OBGYN team supporting multiple clinic locations. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting and is comfortable managing high patient volumes while delivering exceptional clinical support and patient care. The RN will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day clinical operations, managing patient communications, supporting providers, and ensuring efficient workflow across the OBGYN department. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume Epic in-basket communications, averaging 800+ messages per week Perform nurse triage and respond to patient inquiries within the OBGYN department Handle a high volume of incoming patient calls, averaging 800+ calls weekly Support daily clinic operations across multiple OBGYN practice locations Provide oversight, guidance, and clinical support to Medical Assistants (MAs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) Collaborate closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure quality patient care Administer medications, including high-alert medications, following established protocols Assist with in-office procedures and patient treatments Coordinate and process STAT orders, referrals, and other clinical documentation Manage fax communications and maintain accurate patient records Ensure compliance with organizational policies, clinical standards, and patient safety guidelines Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas Current BLS Certification Minimum of 2 years of ambulatory care experience At least 6 months of experience in a relevant clinical specialty Strong clinical assessment, triage, and patient care coordination skills Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities Preferred Qualifications OBGYN nursing experience Epic EMR experience Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment Previous leadership or team coordination experience Medical, Dental , and Vision Insurance is offered to qualified candidates.
