Your work here will not only sharpen your clinical skills but also expand your experience with complex cases and diverse healthcare practices, promoted by ongoing exposure to new leadership styles.
Schedule/Hours:
Four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday, weekly Weekly Monday orientations (must be available to start on Mondays)Key Qualifications:
Active RN license with experience in Stepdown/Intermediate Care All required certifications completed prior to starting Commitment to a travel assignment; must reside more than 60 miles awayMajor Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to stepdown patients in a 154-bed hospital setting Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams and participate in continuous patient care improvements Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to the protocols of a leading trauma and stroke center Adapt quickly to evolving patient needs in a fast-paced, complex hospital environmentBenefits & Perks:
