Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time as per law Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program Dedicated 24/7 team support to ensure your success What You'll Do Provide high-quality care to ER patients, managing an average of 5-10 patients per shift Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergent situations promptly Administer medications and treatments in compliance with protocols Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records Assist in patient education and discharge planning Ensure a safe and clean environment in accordance with hospital policies
What You Need Required:
Current RN license in Texas
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
certifications Experience in ER and Med Surg settings Ability to handle 5-10 patients on average per shift Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
