Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to high school-aged students in a classroom setting Provide specialized support with feeding, toileting, and mobility/transfer needs Collaborate closely with faculty and student support teams to ensure a safe and inclusive environment Maintain accurate documentation of health services provided and participate in care planning Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and district protocols Respond promptly to health emergencies or changes in condition

Qualifications:

Active professional TX RN or LVN license required Must complete state fingerprinting/background check before start Recent, verifiable experience in school nursing or pediatric care preferred Must not be a former employee or someone previously terminated from a school district (affidavit required) Excellent communication skills and a proactive, compassionate approach
