Conduct thorough consultations to assess client goals, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. for scheduling appointments, documenting treatments, and managing client records. Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing client success stories, and increasing brand awareness through product demos and content creation. Support retail sales by recommending skincare products, dermal fillers, or other aesthetic solutions aligned with client needs. Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetic laser treatments, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, tattooing, nail care, hair extensions, and other beauty services to enhance service offerings. Requirements Valid nursing license with certification in injection administration from an accredited program. Proven experience working in the beauty or aesthetic industry with expertise in botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers. Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple client appointments efficiently. Knowledge of salon software such as Millennium or

for appointment scheduling and record keeping. Excellent communication skills with a focus on client consultation and customer service excellence. Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, deep tissue massage, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, tattooing, hair styling, hair extensions, nail care, color theory, straight razor shaving, barbering techniques, and product demos is highly desirable. Ability to uphold sanitation standards rigorously while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience in social media management for marketing purposes is a plus. A passion for aesthetics combined with strong sales skills for upselling products and services effectively.
