Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, completion of an accredited nursing program, and an associate's degree in nursing. Preferred qualifications are a bachelor's or master's degree in nursing. Experience required is at least two years in nursing. Licensure and certifications include a valid RN license in Texas, BLS, ACLS (within 1 year), PALS or ENPC (within 1 year), NRP (within 1 year), TNCC (within 2 years), and relevant national certifications are preferred.
