Job Description

If you are an RN who wants a fun job working daytime hours, physically non-demanding work, and a place where you can build long-term relationships with patients, Rock House is the place for you! Responsibilities include monitoring on-going medical needs of residents in group home settings. Performs nursing assessments, develops and implements nursing care plans and other clinical documentation. Delegation of medication and training regarding medication needs.
