Note:

Home health experience is required (excluding private duty and hospice). Familiarity with Kinnser/WellSky is strongly preferred. Where You'll Work Orientation at Baytown HQ (length depends on experience) Serve patients in your assigned area, with occasional nearby support Weekly case conferences via Zoom (paid time)

Compensation & Pay Highlights Hourly Rate:

$50-$55/hour

Mileage Reimbursement:

$0.625/mile (personal vehicle)
