Talent by Friendly Faces Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a growing home health agency in the Sugar Land area. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical leader who understands home health regulations, documentation requirements, quality assurance, and agency operations while preferring a role that is primarily administrative.
Position Details Salary:
$90,000 - $100,000 annually

Primarily administrative and office-based Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily clinical operations of the home health agency Support compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards Review and monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness Assist with quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Provide clinical guidance and support to field staff Ensure timely completion of OASIS, recertifications, and physician orders Participate in surveys, audits, and regulatory readiness activities Collaborate with leadership to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency Assist with staff education, training, and competency evaluations Qualifications Current Texas RN license in good standing Previous home health experience required Strong understanding of Medicare home health regulations Experience with OASIS, Plans of Care, Recertifications, and Quality Assurance Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Why Consider This Opportunity? ✔ Competitive salary of $90,000-$100,000 ✔ Primarily administrative role ✔ Hybrid schedule (1 remote day per week) ✔ Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clinical quality and operations ✔ Supportive leadership team How to Apply Interested candidates should email their resume to: jobs@friendlyfaces.com
