Registered Nurse (RN) - Aesthetics, Women's Wellness & LongevitySugar Land Medical Spa | Sugar Land, TX Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week | Competitive Hourly Pay + Performance Incentives Sugar Land Medical Spa is a physician-led luxury medical spa and wellness center specializing in regenerative aesthetics, body contouring, intimate wellness, hormone optimization, and longevity medicine. Led by board-certified OB/GYN physicians, our practice combines advanced technology with a personalized, high-touch patient experience. We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys aesthetics, women's wellness, patient relationships, and working in a positive, luxury medical environment. Responsibilities Assist with aesthetic and wellness treatments Support intimate wellness and feminine rejuvenation procedures Prepare and numb patients for procedures Perform IV therapy, injections, and wellness services within scope Assist with body contouring and wellness device treatments Support hormone optimization and lab coordination Educate patients on treatment plans and post-care instructions Maintain exceptional patient experience and professionalism Assist with charting, follow-up communication, and clinical coordination Work collaboratively with physicians and providers Qualifications Active Texas RN license Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills Professional appearance and luxury customer service mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced aesthetic and wellness environment Aesthetic, med spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, women's health, or OB/GYN experience preferred Intimate wellness or hormone optimization experience strongly preferred IV therapy and injection experience preferred Willingness to learn advanced aesthetic and regenerative procedures What We Offer 4-day work week Competitive hourly compensation Performance-based bonus opportunities Supportive physician-led environment Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding luxury wellness brand Advanced technology and training opportunities Positive team culture focused on patient transformation and confidence If you are passionate about aesthetics, wellness, women's health, and creating an exceptional patient experience, we would love to hear from you.
