We are currently seeking PRN LVN's for our Home Health department to: make assessments of Elders, obtaining vitals, listening to their lungs, checking for any changes in conditions or elements.fill medication boxes. Qualifications Required Education/Certification/Licensure:

Graduation from an accredited vocational school of nursing and current Texas or Texas compact LVN/LPN license required.

Training and Experience:

Training or experience in geriatric, psychiatric or medical/surgical nursing desired.

Job Knowledge:
