12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit experience. Travel experience is required. Experience with Altera Digital Health a Harris Company is preferred.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission). This role will require floating to multiple locations Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >150 miles from facility to be submitted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at

- You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details:
- Adult and geriatric patient population.
- Med-surg diagnoses primarily. May take TIA/CVA patients when appropriate for a 1:5 ratio, as well as peripheral caths.
- Does not accept cardiac patients such as ACS, NSTEMI, cardiac-related elevated troponins, or cardiac cath with intervention requiring cardiac drips/insulin drips.
Shift & Scheduling:
- 6 shifts per 6-week schedule.
Floating Requirements:
- Between South and North campus as needed.
14 days maximum time off 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months Proof of identification required
Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
