Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at Avir at Vernon, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your expertise and dedication will help us achieve our mission of improving lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reporting changes in patient status to the healthcare team Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care outcomes

$30.00 - $44.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
