HCHB EMR

experience along with 1 year of recent home health experience. Details Home Health setting serving a geriatric patient population Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day Monday through Friday day shift schedule, 5x8 hours On-call responsibilities required Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office iPad provided; mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate Requirements Active TX or compact RN license required, license in hand Current BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience required OASIS experience required for clinicians performing SOCs

HCHB EMR
