Lindora Metabolic Health About Lindora Lindora is a leading medically-supervised metabolic health program helping patients achieve sustainable weight loss and improved metabolic health through physician-guided treatment plans, nutrition coaching, and evidence-based interventions. We're opening a brand-new studio in Woods Cross and looking for a Registered Nurse who wants to be part of building something from the ground up. About the Role As the RN at our new Woods Cross location, you'll play a central role in patient care — conducting intake assessments, administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, and providing the clinical expertise and compassionate guidance that keeps our patients motivated and safe throughout their metabolic health journey. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape the clinical culture of a new studio. What You'll Do Conduct patient intake assessments, including vitals, health history, and body composition analysis Administer injections and treatments per physician-approved protocols Monitor patient progress and provide clinical guidance on nutrition and lifestyle programs Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and expected outcomes Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation in the EMR Collaborate with the General Manager and clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Respond to patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy Help establish clinical best practices and workflows as a founding member of the Woods Cross team What We're Looking For Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Utah Current BLS certification (required); ACLS a plus 1+ years of clinical nursing experience (medical weight loss, aesthetics, or outpatient experience a plus, but not required) Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you genuinely enjoy helping people Comfort with injections, phlebotomy, and hands-on patient care Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinic environment A team-first attitude and excitement about helping launch a new location Why Join Lindora Woods Cross Be part of the founding team at a brand-new clinic location Competitive base pay plus performance incentives A supportive, mission-driven team focused on real patient outcomes Opportunities for growth as the studio and company expand Consistent full-time schedule (no nights or no on-call)
