Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain a pristine, sterile surgical environment for all procedures. Anticipate surgeon needs with efficiency and precision, ensuring seamless intraoperative flow. Set up operating rooms with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all instruments and supplies meet the highest standards. Assist in a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, including facial, breast, and body surgeries. Perform accurate surgical counts and uphold strict safety protocols at all times. Handle surgical instruments with care, ensuring proper sterilization and organization. Assist with patient positioning, preparation, and draping with a focus on both safety and dignity. Maintain strict adherence to infection control, AAAASF standards, and practice protocols. Monitor and manage surgical inventory to ensure readiness without disruption to workflow. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing staff to deliver a cohesive, high-touch experience. Qualifications Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Current CST certification preferred. 2+ years of surgical experience required; plastic or cosmetic surgery experience strongly preferred. Advanced understanding of surgical instrumentation and sterile technique. Strong ability to anticipate needs and work proactively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor. High level of discretion and respect for patient privacy. Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
