We are a 60 bed facility in the heart of Draper. At Draper Rehab, we are committed to providing an excellent patient experience, which starts with providing an amazing employee experience We have a part time position and full time position available. These individuals must be able to actively assist with resident care as a member of the nursing team. Some experience a plus. Experience with PCC helpful but training will be provided. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: The Registered Nurse Displays professional behavior in dealing with residents', physicians, relatives of residents, peers and support personnel. Administering medications as ordered by the physician & ensuring that controlled substances are accurate. Providing assessments and monitoring residents health status as well as documenting pertinent information regarding resident care and response. Providing assistance to the C.N.A as needed Lifting and assisting with transfers and transferring residents. Performs all charting and record keeping in accordance with facility policy and procedures. Being a team player
